About Glimpse Magazine

Glimpse is Zimbabwe's quarterly educational publication by Octopus Media (Salbro Marketing Pvt Ltd). It covers topics relevant to families, educators, and students, including school guides, career advice, parenting tips, and interviews with education leaders.

Glimpse is published quarterly — four times a year. Each issue is released at the start of the school term to ensure timely and relevant content for our readers.

Glimpse is primarily published in English, with selected content available in Shona and Ndebele. We are working to expand our multilingual offerings to better serve all Zimbabwean communities.

Subscriptions & Billing

We offer three plans: Quarterly Digital at $12 per quarter, Annual Digital at $42 per year (our most popular plan), and Annual Digital + Print at $65 per year. Visit our subscription page for full details.

All digital subscriptions include access to the magazine via our secure online reader, PWA mobile app access, and the ability to read on any device. Annual plans also include access to our full issue archive. The Digital + Print plan adds quarterly delivery of a physical printed copy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase per our Terms of Service.

Digital Reading

After subscribing and logging in, navigate to the Issues page and select the issue you want to read. Our secure online reader opens directly in your browser — no downloads or plugins required. You can also install our PWA app for a native app-like experience.

Glimpse works on any device with a modern web browser, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. Our responsive reader adapts to your screen size for the best reading experience. We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

To protect the rights of our content creators, Glimpse issues are available through our secure online reader only and cannot be downloaded as PDF files. However, if you install our PWA app, you can cache issues for a limited offline reading experience.

Print Delivery

We currently deliver printed copies within Zimbabwe, primarily to major urban areas including Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru, Mutare, and Masvingo. We are expanding our delivery network through distribution agencies. For rural areas, please contact us to check availability.

Printed copies are typically delivered within 5–10 business days of the issue release date. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive your digital copy immediately upon release, so you can start reading right away while your print copy is in transit.

If your printed copy arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Account Management

Log in to your account and navigate to your Dashboard > Profile. From there you can update your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and notification preferences. Changes are saved immediately.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
